Green salad with croutons is a recipe for preparing Belarusian cuisine. A light white cabbage salad is well complemented by white bread croutons. It is advisable to take young cabbage for salad, and if not, then after cutting it must be well milled.

To cook a recipe for green salad with croutons finely chop the cabbage and mash with the addition of salt. Cut the cucumbers into strips and add to the cabbage.

Sprinkle vegetables with finely chopped dill, pepper, add sour cream and stir.

Remove the crust from the bread, cut into small cubes and fry in a dry frying pan. When serving, salad garnish with thinly sliced green onions and croutons.
