Deep-fried chicken cutlets - a recipe from Turkish cuisine, the cutlets are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken 300 g
Butter 2 tbsp
Wheat Flour 3 tbsp
Milk 150 ml
Hard Cheese 100 g
Egg Yolk 3 pcs
For Breading
Wheat Flour 0.5 cup
Chicken Eggs 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs 1 cup

Cooking Recipe

For the deep-fried chicken cutlets recipe, heat the butter in a deep frying pan. Add flour to the butter and fry for 2 minutes, and, without ceasing to stir, add a little milk. Without ceasing to interfere, add the grated cheese, egg yolks, salt, pepper and, stirring, cook for another 5 minutes.

Boil chicken meat, tear into small pieces and mix with cooked sauce. Cover the prepared mass with a film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

After the time has passed, pinching off small pieces from the mass, roll in flour, then in the egg, then in breadcrumbs and deep-fry the chicken cutlets in deep fat on all sides. Transfer the fried chicken cutlets to a paper towel, allow excess fat to drain, and then serve hot.
