Spicy roast chicken - a recipe for American cuisine, according to Thanksgiving tradition, a turkey is cooked, but some do not like it, others do not fit it in the oven. The turkey can be replaced with indo chicken or just a large chicken. The chicken is marinated from 6 to 8 hours, and it is better to marinate the chicken overnight. All herbs used in this recipe are dried.

Chicken 2-2.5 kg
Orange Juice 0.5 cups
Olive Oil 1/3 cups
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves
Green Onions 1 pcs
Dried Parsley 1 tbsp
Basil 1 tbsp
Marjoram 0.5 tsp
Dried Rosemary 0.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook a recipe of American cuisine spicy roast chicken finely chop the green onion, melt the butter and mince the garlic. Herbs for spicy marinade are used dry. Mix all the ingredients, put the chicken in a large plastic bag, pour over the marinade and tie the bag. Periodically, the package with chicken needs to be turned over.

Marinate the chicken for 6-8 hours, preferably overnight. Take the chicken out of the bag and pour out the marinade. Lay the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180°С (355°F). Bake the chicken for 1 hour, then cover with foil and cook for another 30-50 minutes.

Do not remove the spicy roast chicken immediately from the oven, let it stand for 15 minutes, and then remove the foil and transfer the chicken on a dish. A beautiful chicken with a golden crust will take a worthy place in the center of the festive table.
