Armenian noodles - a recipe of Armenian cuisine, the dish turns out to be very tasty and festive. This recipe makes 1 kg of noodles. Depending on the taste, the amount of noodles or meat may vary.

Carrots 2 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Bell Pepper 2 pcs

Wheat Flour 950 g
Water 200 ml
Chicken Eggs 5 pcs

Butter 50-70 g
Salt 20 g

Cooking Recipe

For the Armenian noodles recipe, lightly beat the eggs with salt and water. Gradually adding flour, knead a tight dough. Roll out the prepared dough very thinly (as thin as possible). Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Grease a sheet of dough with melted butter and sprinkle generously with chopped onions. Roll up the dough and cut into 7-8 cm pieces.

Cut the meat like goulash, salt, pepper and transfer to a deep roasting pan with heated vegetable oil. When the pork begins to turn white, add the carrots grated on a coarse grater and finely chopped onions. After 5-7 minutes, add finely chopped sweet pepper to the meat. Mix everything well, add water to cover the meat, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Prepared Armenian noodles put a layer on the meat with vegetables, cover tightly with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until fully prepared. When serving, put noodles on a dish, and on top - meat with vegetables, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
