I love this great chef, all his recipes can be very easily prepared at home, they create coziness, warmth and just mind-blowing taste. This recipe is good to cook in the cold season, when it’s raining or snowing outside, people are walking wrapped in their scarves, and your home smells of potato pie and sausages. This is delicious.

Cooking Recipe
The recipe for potato pie with sausages is very simple. Peel and finely chop the onion, cut the apples into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add sausages after piercing them with a fork. Fry the sausages until golden brown. Place the sausages, and add the onion to the pan; when the onion becomes transparent, add the apples to it. Simmer over medium heat until the apples are soft.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place most of the potato dough in an even layer on the bottom and sides of the pan. Add 1 tbsp to the onions and apples. flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Cut the sausages into 1 cm slices and add to the vegetables. Leave a small amount of chopped sausage. Place the filling on the bottom of the pan with potatoes.
Place the remaining potatoes on baking paper and roll out to the size of the mold. Carefully fold the mashed potatoes over the filling and press down the edges with a fork to seal the mashed potatoes. Place slices of pre-set sausage on top of the mashed potatoes, brush with egg and place in an oven preheated to 180°C (355°F). Bake for 30 minutes or until pie is golden brown.
