Raisin drink - a recipe for cooking Jewish cuisine, the drink is cooked from a minimum amount of products. You can use any raisins for a drink, you can dark, you can light, or you can mix. If the drink is too sweet for you, you can add lemon juice to it.

Recipe Ingredients

Raisins 300 g
Water 1 l
Sugar 100 g

Cooking Recipe

To cook a raisin drink, add washed raisins and sugar into cold water. Put on medium heat, and, as soon as it boils, cook for another 5 minutes, and then remove from heat. When the drink has cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours.

After the time has elapsed, strain the raisin drink, squeeze the raisins and serve.

If drink is too sweet, you can add lemon juice to it.
