Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 600 g
Chicken Eggs 5 pcs
Milk 90 ml
Vegetable Oil 480 ml
Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe urama, kush tili, mix milk with salt and eggs. Continuing to stir a little, add flour and knead a stiff dough. Cover the prepared dough with a towel and set aside for 30-40 minutes.

After transferring the dough to a surface sprinkled with flour and roll out into a layer 1-1.5 mm thick. Using a shaped disc cutter, cut strips 5-6 cm wide and 45-50 cm long. Roll each strip into a roll.

In a deep saucepan or in a deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil and fry the rolls of dough. After frying, transfer brushwood onto a paper towel, let excess fat drain.

Fold all the fried rolls into a plastic bag, pour in powdered sugar, tie the bag and shake well - this way the powdered sugar will cover all sides of the brushwood. Uram, kush tili are served with tea.
