Cooking Recipe
For red cabbage salad according to the recipe of Moldavian cuisine, put thinly chopped cabbage into a colander and pour boiling water over it. When the cabbage has cooled, sprinkle with salt, sugar, mix and put in a salad bowl.
Garnish the salad with finely chopped onions and sweet peppers cut into thin strips, pour over with vinegar and vegetable oil. Optionally salad can be sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
