Shortcrust pastry ring with anuts - the recipe is very simple, of course, you can use any nuts for cookies, but to convey the taste of childhood, it’s better to take peanuts. The cookies are simply superb soft, shortbread dough almost melts in your mouth. If you slightly overexposed the cookies in the oven, and they are too reddened, but not very pleasant, but do not be upset, the taste and aroma of the rings will still cheer you up.

Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 335 g
Butter 200 g
Eggs 1 pcs
Salt 1 pinch
Egg Yolk 1 pcs
Peanuts 65 g

Cooking Recipe
