Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, you don’t need a lot of oil otherwise the cakes will turn out dry, just brush the pan with oil. After the cakes are fried on one side, turn over, lightly fry and cover with a lid so that the cakes are better fried.
Transfer the finished cakes to a paper towel, and then use a notch or a glass to cut mugs out of them. Spread the cake layers with jam and connect in pairs.
