Cooking Recipe
For the oatmeal cookies recipe, you need to soak the raisins in water in advance so that they swell, and then chop them with a knife or twist them in a meat grinder.
In a bowl, mix two types of flour, add salt, soda, sugar, vanilla sugar and ground cinnamon. Add softened butter to the dry mixture and rub into crumbs. Pour water into the crumbs, add chopped raisins and knead the dough for oatmeal cookies. Roll the dough into a ball, transfer to a floured board and roll out 5 mm thick.
Using a notch or a glass, cut out circles with a diameter of 55-60 mm. Transfer the prepared mugs of oatmeal cookies to a baking sheet covered with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 210-220°C (410-430°F). Mugs from each other should be at a distance of 1 cm, as when heated they will slightly blur.
Bake oatmeal cookies for 10-15 minutes. Ready oatmeal cookies carefully, using a spatula, remove from the baking sheet and let cool on a wire rack.
