Coconut cookies - a Jewish recipe, such cookies are prepared for the Pesach holiday and stored afterward in a glass dish.

Recipe Ingredients

Egg White 6 pcs
Sugar 2 cups
Matzo Meal 1 tbsp
Potato Starch 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe coconut cookies, while whisking the whites, gradually add sugar. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently mixing, in 2-3 doses add coconut flakes and both types of flour.

Transfer the prepared cookie dough into a pastry syringe with an asterisk nozzle and deposit into paper baskets. Sprinkle the top of the cookies with multi-colored small sweets or place a small chocolate candy in the center.

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F), place cookies in oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Ready cookies can be stored in a tightly sealed glass container.
