Onion Bhaji Fritters – an Indian cuisine recipe, fritters in India are sold on the street as hod-dogs. Freshly made fritters are crispy and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients

Onion 2 pcs
Wheat Flour 1 cup
Water 100 ml
Hot Pepper 2 pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
Garam Masala 0.5 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Cilantro 0.5 bunch
Vegetable Oil 400 ml
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook an Indian cuisine recipe onion fritters, fry the cumin in a dry frying pan for about a minute, and then grind in a mortar. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
