Fish curry is a traditional Indian dish, the most important thing in making fish curry is to keep the integrity of the fish.

Recipe Ingredients

Mackerel 1 pcs
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1 pcs
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Mint 1 twig
Ginger 1 cm
Cardamom 4 pcs
Clove 3 pcs
Cinnamon 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the fish curry recipe, carefully remove the insides from the fish without cutting the carcass, and cut it into steaks.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add grated ginger, chopped onion and other spices to it. Lightly fry, and then pour in the tomato paste diluted with water. Mix well and add chopped fish.

Simmer over medium heat, turning the fish occasionally. After 10 minutes, pour in yogurt, mix and remove from heat. Serve fish curry hot with lemon rice.
