Recipe Ingredients

Onion 0.5 pcs
Garlic 1/4 clove
Butter 2 tsp
Wheat Flour 3 tsp
Curry 1 tsp
Tomato Paste 1 tsp
Broth 1.5 cups
Raisins 2 tsp
Apples 0.5 pcs
Ginger 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for curry sauce is very simple. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry over low heat until soft.

Add flour, curry powder to onions and garlic, mix and heat for 1-2 minutes.

Add tomato paste and, gradually pouring in the hot broth, stir thoroughly until the mass is dispersed.

Finely chop the apples and transfer to a saucepan with sauce.

Then add the rest of the ingredients, season with salt, stir and cook curry sauce over very low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
