Chili sauce with basil – this is probably one of the hottest, even though olive oil is added to it. It is necessary to store the sauce in the refrigerator, however, it is not intended for long-term storage, literally a month later, the smell of acid will appear. It follows from this that it is better not to cook it in large quantities.

Recipe Ingredients

Hot Pepper 400 g
Garlic 4 cloves
Cilantro 4-5 twigs
Basil 2-3 twigs
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Lemon 1 pcs
Salt 0.5-1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For a chili basil sauce recipe, wash the hot peppers and cut them into pieces, you can remove the seeds so that the sauce is not too hot. Cut cilantro and basil into pieces in the same way. Peel the garlic, squeeze the juice out of the lemon.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind until smooth. If there is no harvester, the same can be done with a blender. Chili sauce is ready.
