Cooking Recipe
For the cauliflower gratin recipe, finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil until lightly golden. To the fried onion and garlic, add the cauliflower disassembled into inflorescences. Mix everything and fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
Cook the béchamel sauce in a separate saucepan. Melt the butter, add flour to the butter and mix until smooth with a whisk. After 2-3 minutes, pour milk in a thin stream, without ceasing to interfere. Pour a pinch of nutmeg, black pepper, salt into the bechamel sauce and boil. When the sauce thickens to a creamy state, pour grated cheese into it, 2 tbsp. leave the cheese, and mix well until the cheese is completely melted.
Pour breadcrumbs into the fried cauliflower, lightly beaten egg with 2 tbsp. milk and mix well. Lubricate the baking dish with oil, put the cabbage in it, level it, pour the sauce on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese left in advance. Bake cauliflower gratin at 180°C (355°F) for 45-50 minutes.
