Crispy Zucchini and Herb Chips – French recipe, very interesting appetizer. These chips can be served as a separate dish with cheese sauce, or served with meat products as small sandwiches.

The recipe forcrispy zucchini and herb chipsis very simple. In a deep bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, finely chopped green onions, finely chopped parsley and chopped garlic. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

Thinly slice the zucchini without removing the skin. Cut the zucchini the thinner the better, approximately 1 mm thick.

Dip the prepared zucchini in the egg, then in breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Place the zucchini on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180°C (355°F) for 15-20 minutes.

Mix cream cheese with salt and pepper. Cool the finished zucchini chips on a wire rack, and then serve with cheese sauce.
