Chicken with sweet pepper is a traditional Roman recipe. It is not necessary to take a whole chicken carcass, you can use thighs or legs, as you like. The recipe for chicken with sweet pepper is very simple. Peel the onion and cut into half rings, remove the seeds from the sweet pepper, cut it in half lengthwise and cut it into half rings the same way as the onion.
