Yes, avocado can also be deep-fried, like potatoes, it makes a wonderful snack for beer, and if you also serve lime and ranch sauce with the avocado, it will be the height of taste perfection. Cornmeal 0,25 cups
Salt 0,5 tsp
Ground Garlic 0,5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for deep-fried avocado is very simple. Pour the oil into a deep fryer or into a 5 cm high frying pan and place on the fire. While the oil is heating up, lightly beat the egg and mix the flour with the remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pits and remove the flesh from the skin. Cut the avocado into slices, but not too thin, and dip in the egg, then transfer to the dry mixture with flour. The dry mixture should completely cover the avocado.

Deep fry the avocado for 4 minutes on each side. If you don’t want to deep fry, avocado can be baked in the oven, sprinkled with vegetable oil first. Serve avocados warm with lime, salsa or ranch dressing.
