For the recipe frankfurter sausages in potato dough, peel the potatoes, boil, mince. While the potatoes are hot, beat in one egg, salt, add semolina and knead the potato mass well.

Sprinkle a cutting board with flour, lay out the prepared potato dough, roll out the dough with a rolling pin approximately 5-7 mm thick and cut out rectangles in the size of sausages. Arrange the sausages on the prepared rectangles and pinch the edges on all sides.

Mix remaining egg with melted butter. Place prepared sausages on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg and butter, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a preheated 180°C (355°F) oven. Bake frankfurter sausages in potato dough for 30-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown .
