Cream 33% 400 ml
Cranberries 225 g
Sugar 225 g
Honey 2 tbsp
Almonds 2 tbsp

For cottage cheese-cranberry ice cream according to the recipe of American cuisine, wash the cranberries, drain them, set aside a few berries for decoration, and chop the rest with a blender. Mix crushed cranberries with half the sugar.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with the rest of the sugar until creamy. Whip the cream into a stiff foam and mix with cranberries and cottage cheese. Grease the form with honey, sprinkle with grated almonds.

Put the curd-cranberry mixture into the prepared form, smooth it and place it in the freezer for 4-5 hours. Before serving, immerse the form with ice cream in hot water for a short amount of time, and then turn it over onto the prepared dish and serve.
