Bean salad – Greek cuisine recipe, if you have flavored salt, it will go very well with this salad.

Recipe Ingredients

Beans 1 cup
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Garlic 2 clove
Onion 1 pcs
Parsley 2-3 twigs
Olives 7-10 pcs
Olive Oil 3-4 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the Greek cuisine recipe, bean salad, rinse the beans, cover with water and set aside to swell overnight. When the beans swell, drain the water, pour the beans with clean water, salt and put on fire. Boil the beans for 30-40 minutes so that the beans are not overcooked, but are soft.

Drain water from boiled beans, cool and mix with finely chopped onion, parsley. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, cut the olives in half, pour the olives and tomatoes into a bowl with beans. Then add finely chopped garlic, pour in vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and mix. Let bin salad infuse for 30 minutes and then serve.
