For the Moldavian potato and bean salad recipe, boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes the size of the beans. Rinse beans and boil until tender, avoiding overcooking.
Mix chilled beans with chilled potatoes, add finely chopped onion, vegetable oil, salt and pepper and mix. Then sprinkle salad with finely chopped herbs and serve.
