Puff pastry cookies – a recipe of Armenian cuisine, when serving, puff pastry cookies is poured with hot honey.

Recipe Ingredients

Milk 200 ml
Chicken Eggs 6 pcs
Butter 200 g
Honey 300 g
Soda 1-2 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the puff pastry cookies recipe, pour lightly beaten eggs into the sifted flour, hot milk with soda diluted in it, pour in melted butter (50 g) and knead a tight dough.

Roll out the dough into a layer as thin as possible, grease with melted butter, lightly sprinkle with flour and roll up. Re-roll the dough and repeat this procedure 6 times.

Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the rolled dough on it and put it in the oven. Bake puff pastry cookies at 250°C (480°F) for 15-20 minutes. After baking, cut the dough into squares and serve with hot honey.
