American apple pie - a traditional American dish, apple pie is cooked, closed or half-open, with the addition of cinnamon.

Wheat Flour 400-450 g
Butter 150 g

Cooking Recipe

For the American apple pie recipe, mix the sifted flour with salt, finely chop the butter or margarine and grind into crumbs with flour. After driving in an egg, if not enough, then add one more, and knead the dough. The dough should look like plasticine. Roll the prepared dough into a ball, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

During this time, cook the filling for the pie. Wash the apples, remove the skin, seeds and chop finely. Mix chopped apples with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon.

To do this, roll out the second part of the dough into a thin layer, cut into strips, approximately 1 cm wide and weave a lattice. Lubricate the cake prepared in one way or another with a lightly beaten egg and put in the oven. Bake apple pie at 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 minutes.
