Broccoli cutlets - a recipe from French cuisine, vegetable broccoli cutlets are very tender and satisfying, thanks to the addition of cheese. Wheat flour can be replaced with any other flour, such as corn or rice, but in this case you need to add a small amount of baking powder.

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for broccoli cutlets is very simple. Wash the broccoli and separate it into florets, do not throw away the stems, they will also go into cutlets. Coarsely chop the parsley and grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Place everything in a food processor, add pepper, salt and chop. Then add eggs, flour and mix until smooth.

Form cutlets from the resulting mass and fry in butter or vegetable oil on both sides.

Serve broccoli cutlets warm with sour cream sous or sour cream.
