Lindström minced steak – Swedish cuisine recipe, very interesting and tasty minced steak, capers can be replaced with salted cucumbers.

For the Lindström minced steak according to the recipe of Swedish cuisine, boil the beets and potatoes in their skins, and then grate them. Peel the onion and finely chop. Combine minced meat with beets, potatoes, onions, capers, beat in an egg, pour in milk, salt, pepper and mix well.
Form small steaks from the resulting mass and fry in vegetable oil on both sides for about 4 minutes on each side. Don't make the steaks too big, they'll be hard to flip.
For greater reliability, do not put all steaks into the pan at once, try frying one first. If the mass falls apart, add another egg.
