Chicken chowder – Belarusian cuisine recipe. Chowder is prepared on the basis of chicken and mushroom broth. The fat content of the stew depends on how much and what kind of broth you add.

For the chicken soup recipe, boil the chicken until half cooked and separate, boil the mushrooms separately. Finely chop the onion and fry with chopped carrots.

Put peeled and chopped potatoes, chicken, fried onions with carrots, mushrooms, salt and pepper in a clay pot. Pour vegetables with chicken broth with the addition of mushroom and put in an oven preheated to 250°C (480°F) for 15-20 minutes.

Fry the tomato puree in oil and add to the soup. Put the pot back in the oven for 5-10 minutes. When serving chowder, sprinkle with chopped herbs and put sour cream.
