Chicken soup with cherry plum (Toyuq sorbasi) – the recipe for chicken soup with rice and cherry plum is very simple. Plum gives the soup a very interesting taste.

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg
Rice 0.5 cup
Onion 1 pcs
Water 3 l
Cherry Plum 10-15 pcs
Cilantro 1 bunch
Ghee 2 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the chicken plum soup recipe, divide the chicken into portions, add water and bring to a boil. When the water boils, remove the foam, salt and cook until the meat is fully cooked. After, take out the chicken pieces, strain the broth, and put it on fire again.

Add washed rice to the broth, after 5 minutes - fried onion in oil until golden brown, and then add cherry plum and chicken pieces. Boil the soup until the rice is fully cooked.

5 minutes before cooking, add turmeric, chopped cilantro or other herbs to toyug shorbasy and pepper.
