Eggs stuffed with fish – this is one of the quickest recipes to make. Eggs can be stuffed with anything at all, canned fish is also great. Fried onions combine all products very well, and greens add freshness and aroma.

Recipe Ingredients

Eggs 4 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe of Belarusian cuisine eggs stuffed with fish boil hard-boiled eggs and peel them. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Mash canned fish with a fork.

Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolk and mix with canned fish, fried onions and salt. Fill the egg halves with the prepared mass, put stuffed eggs on a dish, pour over with mayonnaise, garnish with herbs and serve.
