Dill Cocktail – swedish cuisine recipe, fragrant and beautiful cocktail. Do not spare the ice, it will help the dill syrup to open up better. If there is no Akvavit, it's okay, you can use vodka.

Recipe Ingredients

Sugar 300 g
Green Tea 84 g
Aquavit 47 ml
Water 50 ml
Dill 1-2 twigs

Cooking Recipe

The dill cocktail recipe is very simple. Prepare syrup from sugar and water. Coarsely chop the dill, add to the syrup and set aside to infuse in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. If you need it quickly, then dill can be added to hot syrup, mix and let cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours. After the time has elapsed, strain the dill syrup through a sieve.

Pour ice into glasses, pour in green tea, dill syrup and aquavit. Cocktail, stir, garnish with dill sprig and serve.
