Cooking Recipe

For cocktail rolls, mix minced meat with salt, pepper, chopped onion, basil and protein.

Roll out the dough, put the prepared minced meat on it so that approximately 2 cm of dough without minced meat remains on one side. Roll up the dough to the side where you left 2 cm of clean dough.

Lightly sprinkle the roll with flour, also sprinkle the knife with which you will cut the roll with flour, and cut the rolls 1 cm thick. After each cut, the knife will need to be sprinkled with flour, it is easier to cut and the dough does not reach for the knife. Put the prepared rolls on paper at a small distance from each other, brush with egg yolk and place in a preheated 200°C (390°F) oven. Bake cocktail rolls for 20-25 minutes.
