Beetroot caviar – the appetizer recipe is very simple, caviar can be served warm or cold, you can also make sandwiches from beetroot caviar.

Beets 500 g
Sugar 2-3 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Lemon 0.5 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the beetroot caviar recipe, boil the beets until tender, cool and peel. Skip the boiled beets through a meat grinder, transfer to a saucepan, add sugar, zest and lemon juice, mix and put on a slow fire.

Stirring occasionally, cook the caviar for 5-10 minutes, or until the liquid has completely evaporated. Serve beetroot caviar warm or chilled.
