The recipe for arugula pate is very simple. Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half or into four parts. Wash and dry the arugula. Peel the garlic.

Place arugula, eggs, garlic and spices in a blender bowl. Pour in olive oil and blend until smooth. When serving, sprinkle the pate with sesame seeds.
