To cook recipe savory parsnip casserole, wash parsnips well without peeling, cut into circles, roll in salted flour and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Fry parsnips on both sides until golden brown. Wash the zucchini, cut into circles in the same way, roll in flour and, like parsnips, fry in vegetable oil.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, beat lightly, and then pour in the milk and mix. Salt and pepper the egg-milk mixture and mix well.

Put the fried parsnips and zucchini in a greased baking dish, pour in the egg mixture and sprinkle with chopped greens. Put parsnip casserole in an oven preheated to 180°С (355°F) for 20 minutes, and then serve.
