For the tomato gratin recipe, cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.

Stuff the prepared tomatoes with a mixture of breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, finely chopped herbs, salt, pepper and vegetable oil.

Put stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet, pour a little water and cover with foil. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 40 minutes.

After the tomatoes are baked, remove the foil and leave in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
