Pumpkin puree 2 tbsp
Water 250 ml
Sugar 200 g

For spiced milk
Espresso 40 ml
Milk 160 ml

The recipe for pumpkin latte is very simple. First you need to prepare the syrup. Add sugar, pumpkin puree, spices to the water and put on fire. Cook for 20-25 minutes, then strain and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. The amount of syrup is enough for several latte servings.

Heat the milk to 55 degrees and beat into thick foam. You can do this in a cappuccino maker or in a French press. Prepare espresso.
