For the recipe for lemon rice with cashews, wash the rice, add water and boil until half cooked, about 15 minutes, and then drain the water. Remove the seeds from the pepper and chop finely.
In a frying pan, fry the cumin, mustard seeds and cashew nuts in hot butter. Fry for 1 minute, add pepper and fry for another half a minute.
