Stewed green tomatoes with carrots and garlic - a Georgian recipe, this salad is easy to make and keeps well in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients

Onion 2 pcs
Celery Leaves 3 twigs
Parsley 3 twigs
Carrots 300 g
Garlic 4 cloves
Vegetable Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe stewed green tomatoes with carrots and garlic, heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry finely chopped onion in it.
