Dill cookies - a recipe of Ukrainian cuisine, these cookies belong to unsweetened pastries and are cooked with the addition of dill and cheese, you can also use cottage cheese.

Wheat Flour 210 g
Butter 200 g
Hard Cheese 215 g
Chicken Eggs 2 pcs
Dill 1 bunch
Soda 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For dill biscuits recipe, grind butter with flour, grated cheese and finely chopped dill, add egg, salt, pepper, soda and knead the dough. Put the prepared dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, on a floured board, roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 7-8 mm and cut out circles or stars with a diameter of 5 cm. Brush the cut dill cookies with egg or butter and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
