Pancakes with mushrooms - a traditional dish according to the recipe of russian cuisine, delicious pastries. Mushrooms can be wrapped in pancakes, put on top or served separately.

Cooking Recipe
For pancakes with mushrooms dilute the yeast in a small amount of warm water. Add salt, sugar, egg and vegetable oil. Mix everything well until smooth. Stirring continuously, add flour. Set aside the prepared dough for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the pan, grease with vegetable oil or salo. Pour the dough in a thin layer into the pan with a ladle and bake pancakes on both sides.
In a separate pan, fry chopped mushrooms and onions in butter, salt and pepper. After the mushrooms are cooked, add chopped greens. Cooked mushrooms can be wrapped in pancakes or put on top.
