Mushroom soup seasoned with lemon juice – Bulgarian cuisine recipe, soup can be cooked from any fresh mushrooms. The lemon refreshes the soup and gives it a more mushroomy flavor.

For the recipe mushroom soup seasoned with lemon juice finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Stirring the onion, add flour and ground paprika. Mix well, add chopped mushrooms and lightly fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour in hot water, salt and cook covered for 20 minutes. 1-2 minutes before the end of cooking mushroom soup add finely chopped parsley and season with lemon juice.
