Dushenina with tomatoes and bell peppers is a recipe for Ukrainian cuisine, pork stewed with vegetables, served with fried potatoes. For the broth, you can use the bones from the same pork. Chicken or vegetable broth is also suitable for souls. If there is no time to deal with the broth, you can simply add hot water and a small piece of butter, it will also be very tasty.

To cook a recipe of Ukrainian cuisine dushenina with tomatoes and bell peppers, wash the pork, cut into slices, salt and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, and then put the chopped pieces of pork into the pan.
