Beef liver khashlama - a recipe of Georgian cuisine, milk makes the liver soft and juicy.

Recipe Ingredients

Beef Liver 400 g
Milk 500 ml
Onion 2 pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Vegetable Oil 2-3 tbsp
Green Onions 4-5 pcs
Dill 2-3 twigs

Cooking Recipe

For the hashlama from the liver recipe, remove the film from the liver, rinse, cut into sticks, pour milk and set aside for 1 hour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the liver with finely chopped onion in it, salt and pepper.

After frying, throw crushed garlic, pour in a small amount of water and simmer until fully cooked. When serving, khashlama is decorated with finely chopped onion and dill.
