Mushroom macaroni cheese is a very simple recipe. Cheese for this dish is better to use Cheddar. You can use any mushrooms, but oyster mushrooms are better.

For the mushroom macaroni cheese recipe, add flour to a saucepan with chopped butter and place over medium heat. When the butter is completely melted and the mixture becomes homogeneous, gradually pour in the hot milk. It is necessary that the milk dilute the mixture to a state of very liquid sour cream, and then add the grated cheese. The sauce should be homogeneous.
Boil macaroni in salted water and mix with fried mushrooms and sauce. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in preheated 200°C (390°F) oven for 20 minutes. Remove, stir and serve immediately.
