Mushroom macaroni cheese is a very simple recipe. Cheese for this dish is better to use Cheddar. You can use any mushrooms, but oyster mushrooms are better.

Pasta 300-350 g
Hard Cheese 200 g
Wheat Flour 100 g
Butter 100 g
Oyster Mushroom 300-350 g
Green Onions 1 bunch
Milk 200-250 ml

Cooking Recipe

For the mushroom macaroni cheese recipe, add flour to a saucepan with chopped butter and place over medium heat. When the butter is completely melted and the mixture becomes homogeneous, gradually pour in the hot milk. It is necessary that the milk dilute the mixture to a state of very liquid sour cream, and then add the grated cheese. The sauce should be homogeneous.
