Smoked pork ribs – the recipe is very simple and delicious. To make the ribs not greasy, it is best to choose them without salo. Spices give the ribs a pleasant aroma and flavor. There is no smokehouse, it doesn’t matter, such ribs can be grilled or grilled.

Recipe Ingredients

Pork Ribs 880 g
Salt 330 g
Allspice 5 pcs
Clove 2 pcs
Ground Paprika 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook smoked pork ribs recipe, wash the ribs and dry with a kitchen towel. Cut off the membrane and excess fat.

Grind the spices in a mortar with salt and coat the prepared ribs with them.

Transfer the ribs to a deep bowl, pour the remaining spices on top. Leave the ribs in the refrigerator for a day.
