The recipe for Tuna Mousse is very simple. You can use any ricotta for the mousse. Place the tuna in a sieve and allow excess liquid to drain.

Add tuna and washed capers to the ricotta and puree using an immersion blender. You can use a food processor.

Season the finished mousse with salt and pepper. Transfer the mousse into glass jars and refrigerate for 2 hours or at least 15 minutes. Serve mousse with white or black bread.
