Cod fillet with leek and rice - a German recipe, a hearty winter dish made from tender rice porridge and pre-marinated fish. For the recipe, you can take any fish with white meat.

Recipe Ingredients

Rice 1 cup
Cod 700 g
Leek 500 g
Tomato Paste 3 tbsp
Water 1 l
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Parsley 2-3 twigs

Cooking Recipe

For the cod fillet with leek and rice recipe, wash the leek well, cut into half rings and pour boiling water over it. Boil the leek for 5 minutes, and then add the rice, mix and continue to cook over medium heat. Cod fillet cut into slices, pour over lemon juice, cover and put in a cold place for pickling.
