For the baked cabbage with cheese recipe, you need to chop the cabbage, put it in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. After the cabbage is cooked, put it on a sieve to drain the water. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg to the onion and mix well. Pour milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly until it boils.
